Site Clearance across Essex
Overgrown plots, builders' leftovers and dumped waste cleared in one visit. Crew, truck and grab from one firm.
Site Clearance prices
We send a free estimate after photos or a site visit, covering our labour, vehicles and disposal. If the site turns out different on the day, with more waste or harder access than described, we agree any change with you before we start. Got your own labour on site? Wait and load and grab hire can be booked online at set prices.
Have your own labour? Wait and load is £180 to £540 by the truck load, and a grab lorry is from £200.

Questions people ask
What counts as site clearance?
Removing everything that shouldn't be there before the next stage: vegetation, rubbish, rubble, old sheds and fencing, and anything dumped. It stops short of groundworks such as digging footings or laying drainage.
Do you bring machinery?
A grab lorry for soil, hardcore and bulk green waste, and a caged truck with a crew for everything else. For larger sites the estimate includes an excavator.
Can you clear a site we can't get a lorry onto?
Usually. The crew barrows waste out to the road, and the grab reaches about 6 metres over a wall or fence.
How does the free estimate work?
Tap a few answers about the job and add a photo or two. We come back with an estimate, usually the same working day, by call, text, WhatsApp or email, whichever you choose. Nobody needs to visit for most jobs and there's no obligation. The estimate is based on what you tell us and your photos. If the job turns out different on the day, such as more waste or harder access than described, we agree any change with you before we start.
When do I pay?
Payment is taken by card when we confirm your booking, by phone or a secure payment link. Trade accounts are invoiced monthly on 14-day terms once agreed in writing.
What if I need to cancel a one-off booking?
Free cancellation up to 4pm the working day before. After that a £42 call-out (£35 + VAT) is charged, or the price of your booking if that is less, and if you've already paid we refund the rest. For a skip, once the lorry has left to deliver it, the wasted journey fee is £60 (£50 + VAT) instead of the call-out. Booked as a private person, not a business? You can also cancel within 14 days after the day you book. If you didn't ask us to come within those 14 days, cancelling inside them is free. If you did ask us, cancelling before 4pm the working day before is still free. After that we have started work on your job, so you pay the late cancellation charge above, and once the job is done you can't cancel it. Our terms say how, with a form you can use.
