Roll on Roll Off: about the job

RoRo containers are priced per job. Tell us the size, the waste and the space.

Which size?
What's going in it?
One-off or regular swaps?
Is there flat hard standing at least 12 m by 4 m?

A RoRo can never go on the public road.

Is there about 40 ft of straight access for the lorry?
Any overhead cables near the standing area?

By sending this you agree to our privacy notice.

No obligation and nothing to pay. We come back with an estimate based on your answers and photos, usually the same working day. If the job turns out different from what you described (more waste, or harder access), we agree any change with you before we start. We only use your details to price and arrange the job.

Roll on Roll Off prices

Priced per job with a free estimate, VAT included.

RoRo containers (20, 30 and 40 yards) are quoted per job because the price depends on tonnage and waste type. Send the site address, waste type and expected amount. We usually reply with a written estimate the same working day.

Before you book

How it's priced
Someone from our team looks at the site details and sends a free written estimate, usually the same working day. No obligation.
What's included
Delivery by hook-loader, exchanges when it's full and disposal, priced by tonnage and waste type.
Who loads it
You fill the container on your site, and we exchange it when it's full.
When we come
RoRo containers are usually delivered two to three working days after you agree the estimate.
What could cost extra
Nothing unless you agree it. If the job turns out different on the day, such as more waste or harder access than described, we agree any change with you before we start.
What happens next
We talk it through by phone or WhatsApp (or text or email, if you prefer), come and look first if the job needs it, and agree the price before anything is booked. Payment is taken by card when we confirm your booking, by phone or a secure payment link.

Questions people ask

Do I need site access?

You'll need a flat area of at least 12m x 4m with overhead clearance. We'll do a site check before first delivery if you're unsure.

How do I book a swap?

Existing account holders: one call or email and we'll schedule the next working day. New customers: we'll set up an account at the first booking.

Can it hold heavy waste like concrete?

Yes. The 20-yard is for heavy inert waste and the 40-yard for bulky, lighter waste, with the 30-yard in between. The sizes are a guide only: you choose the size.

How does the free estimate work?

Tap a few answers about the job and add a photo or two. We come back with an estimate, usually the same working day, by call, text, WhatsApp or email, whichever you choose. Nobody needs to visit for most jobs and there's no obligation. The estimate is based on what you tell us and your photos. If the job turns out different on the day, such as more waste or harder access than described, we agree any change with you before we start.

When do I pay?

Payment is taken by card when we confirm your booking, by phone or a secure payment link. Trade accounts are invoiced monthly on 14-day terms once agreed in writing.

What if I need to cancel a one-off booking?

Free cancellation up to 4pm the working day before. After that a £42 call-out (£35 + VAT) is charged, or the price of your booking if that is less, and if you've already paid we refund the rest. For a skip, once the lorry has left to deliver it, the wasted journey fee is £60 (£50 + VAT) instead of the call-out. Booked as a private person, not a business? You can also cancel within 14 days after the day you book. If you didn't ask us to come within those 14 days, cancelling inside them is free. If you did ask us, cancelling before 4pm the working day before is still free. After that we have started work on your job, so you pay the late cancellation charge above, and once the job is done you can't cancel it. Our terms say how, with a form you can use.

“Great friendly service from LM waste. They used a small iveco truck with hiab to remove 4 x 1 tonne bulk bags of soil and rubble from outside my house. The access road is unmade, narrow and unsuitable for the usual large skip/ grab lorry. I will be using them again. Thanks very much.”

“LM Waste management cleared my Mum’s garage which was full to bursting with all kinds of trash accumulated over decades. They turned up when they said they would, worked fast and efficiently, separated out the stuff she wanted to keep, filled a huge skip with the rest, cleaned up after themselves and put the good stuff neatly back on the well- swept floor of the empty garage. And came back for the broom when they saw they’d missed some sand that had fallen on the driveway. Great job. Very happy to recommend them.”

“Excellent service, called up about the removal of some building waste and they collected it the next day for a reasonable price. Hassle free experience, would recommend!”
